Our annual gala has become a powerful and unifying event in Salisbury, attracting people from all over the country. Over the past five years, we've raised over £46,000, with proceeds donated to mental health charities working to support individuals in crisis.
The gala features a three-course dinner, live entertainment, inspiring speakers sharing their mental health journeys, silent auctions, raffles, and an opportunity to connect with others passionate about mental health awareness.

Beekeeping Wellness Group
Connect—with nature, with others, and with yourself
Our Beekeeping Wellness Group is a peaceful space where you can learn the art of beekeeping while nurturing your mental well-being. Whether you're new to bees or already buzzing with experience, this group is about more than honey—it's about healing, mindfulness, and community.

Sometimes the best therapy is a quiet moment by the water. Our fishing group offers a relaxed, judgment-free space to spend peaceful time outdoors, connect with others who understand, and find calm in nature.

Our most recent tournament raised £520 for mental health awareness!
Grab your clubs and tee off for a great cause! This annual golf tournament brings together golfers of all abilities for a day of fun, competition, and community spirit—all in support of mental health awareness.
The event includes green fees, a meal, prizes, and awards ceremony. All proceeds go directly to supporting mental health programs and initiatives.

A free Mental Health Awareness Workshop designed to give learners a greater understanding of what mental health is, the impact of stigma, how to open conversations around mental health and where to access support.
